A camera, any kind will do (phone, tablet, compact, point-and-shoot, bridge, mirrorless, DSLR, film, medium format..whatever you have, as long as it is portable).

Spare cards or film in your bag.

Freshly charged camera batteries.

Freshly charged Smartphone.

Comfortable walking shoes or training shoes, flip-flops or Havaianas are not recommended.

Some cash for a well-deserved after-the-walk coffee stop.
